It’s easy. All you need to do is complete a registration form and a TEFAP form for your family and turn it in to your school office or guidance counselor. You can register your entire family on one form. We’ll do the rest. Our programs are free and confidential. We’re safe.
You can register by getting a form from any West Des Moines Community Schools office, completing an online by clicking here or emailing Booster Pak.
As soon as you turn in the paperwork, your student can begin receiving assistance.
